Firstly, the packing and repacking staff open the original decks carefully without breaking the packs. Secondly, the cards will be paint with something special on the back to make the whole deck of cards has a transparent paint that can be marked with the ink marks later. Thirdly, the technicians will pick the right ink for the special back and test the marks so as to mark the best invisible ink marks on the back. This is the most important step and takes technicians quite a lot of time, for different color and different patens back need different ink. Then every piece of the whole decks will be marked with the special ink through the cards marking machine. Finally, the cards will be gathered and repacked in the custom design colored Cardboard box/cellophane wrapped as the original new decks.
